A new interface has been developed for RefWorks. It retains all the functionality of the original "classic" RefWorks but has a cleaner more user-friendly look. In early June 2011, when you log in to your RefWorks database, you will see a link that allows you to use your RefWorks database with the new interface. You can use any RefWorks database with either the classic interface or the new interface. There is no need to migrate data.
In early September 2011, when you log in, the default interface will be the new RefWorks interface, but if you wish, you will be able to see your database in classic RefWorks. However, at the end of 2011, classic RefWorks will be switched off and you will only be able to use the new interface. Any databases created or modified with the classic RefWorks interface will automatically work with the new interface.
